HOW TO GET A STUDENT ENROLLED
The first pupil day for the current school year will be August 28. The first of 10 tuition payments is due August 1). Parents are asked to pay student tuition in advance when possible. It is requested that the parent pay the first and tenth tuition payments, i.e., $330.00 each for August and May, prior to the start of school on August 28, plus a book use fee of $100.00, $90.00, or $85.00 respectively for a first, second, and third student. The remaining eight tuition installments of $330.00 is due the first of each month, September, 2006 - April, 2007. The advance payment of the initial payment of $660.00 is considered the August 1, 2006 and May 1, 2007 tuition installments. Meeting the advance payments suggestion will enable the school to take care of essential preparation to ensure that each student gets a good start from the first day of enrollment. There is no sponsoring church, or appropriation from any government or other entity to fund general operations cost. Prompt and regular honoring of financial and fundraising commitments to the school are primary to the efficient operation of FEMS..
Enrolling a student in Faith Elementary and Middle School is simple and easy once you have made the determination that you are convinced that your child can likely grow scholastically and in character at FEMS. We are interested in serious parents who know they can afford being a Faith Parent, or parents who are aware of what it takes to have and keep a student enrolled at Faith, and are willing to accept the responsibility to meet their obligations on a timely basis by establishing appropriate priorities and even by sacrifice if necessary.
Forms And Documents To Complete and Bring

· Arrange for a current Student Physical Examination by a qualified physician, including Immunization Record;

· Being on-time and up-to-date means that as a parent, one will have invested $660.00 of the required $3,300. tuition fee prior to one's child attending school the first day. In this case you would have eight remaining tuition installments to pay.
· Select the Fees Payment Plan that best suits your resources and interests. One may decide when your final installment will be by making advance payments as often as one may.
· Present the student's Birth Certificate along with the documents listed above; and finally,
· Sign pertinent acceptance and permission forms, i.e., Travel Permission, Emergency Medical Treatment forms, .

(1) Parents are requested to make a textbook purchase/use donation or payment based on ability and the number of students enrolled.
(2) The term may begin without restoring the former acceptance of credit and debit card payments, not because we do not know that this form would be more convenient for some parents, but because we have to decide if the management or use fees for this service is something we can afford in view of our limited income expectations.
(3) The school administration has made a full commitment to sacrifice it's limited operating budget to purchase new student and teacher's curriculum and textbooks for every student just as soon as it possibly can by or close to the first day of school.
(4) We are requesting all parents qualifying for a Delaware Transportation Reimbursement this year (with a student enrolled in K - 6 grade by September 30, 2006), to donate their complete amount to assist the school in meeting the completely new student textbook and curriculum guides for teachers prior to or as early into the current school term as possible.
